I've been doing great up here. I've been having a wonderful time staying with my girlfriend's family. It's been great being with my girlfriend again.

The flight up here was interesting. As you know, it was my first time flying. The first plane was fine. Take off and landing are fun. ^^ The second plane however, was what made things interesting. It was supposed to be a two hour plane ride and halfway there, the pilot got a message from maintenance telling him to turn around and come back. Apparently there was something wrong with the plane. So we went back to the airport, already halfway to the destination, and waited for a bit to get on a different plane. But we got there eventually.

I've been getting along with her family well. I'm happy about that.

I've met my girlfriend's friends, and they're nice.

We've seen several movies so far. We've seen Saving Private Ryan, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, 30 Days of Night, The Amityville Horror, Cloverfield, Dawn of the Dead, Quarantine, Elizabethtown, Shaun of the Dead, and The Matrix.

I've helped out around the house. I've cut branches on all the trees that surround the property, and I've cleaned the windows as well.

I've walked around the town with Steph a few times. It really is pretty small.

Day before yesterday, Steph's dad and brother went golfing, and we were left in a little tourist town for about seven hours. When I say little, I mean little. We pretty much spent seven hours on one street. But we had a good time anyway. While there, I found a claddagh ring! ^^~~ I was hoping to get one while here. And to make it even better, it matches Steph's! X3 Steph found a cool jacket too. It looks great on her. At the end of it, we had dinner together. It was nice. A really good day.

The next day was Father's Day. I called home to wish my dad a happy Father's Day. It was good to talk to him again. And I know he really appreciated the call. That night, we went out for dinner. When we got home, Steph and I played a few rounds of Halo 3. I got my ass kicked. OTL After that, we all watched Shaun of the Dead together.

Today, I woke up a little early on my own and to my surprise, I found Steph's cat Aurora sleeping on the blanket between my legs. That cat is so prissy, so to find her laying there was a pleasant surprise. Then later on, I was laying watching tv, and she came in the room and by the bed, and I scratched her head some, and petted her, and then she jumped up on the bed and settled between my legs again. I'm kinda like 8D. So yeah. It seems her cat likes me now. At least a little. ^^ Steph got home from work early so we played more Halo 3. I won a little more this time. Then we watched The Matrix. It was good. I hadn't seen it before.
